Sinds 27 mei 2023 draait de salesinvoicelinesincremental niet meer voor een X klant. We gebruiken Data Replicator 22.0.574.

Synchronisatie lijkt niet te draaien. Meldingen in logfile tonen een itgeneor609:

Dit lijkt op datacorruptie in de lokale kopie van de incrementele tabel te wijzen. De oorzaak is niet te herleiden op basis van de loginformatie.

Advies is om:

  • Plaats upgrade naar de meest recente release vanaf https://download.invantive.com.
  • Leeg de cache. Deze is normaliter terug te vinden onder %USERPROFILE%\invantive in een map genaamd inc.
  • Probeer opnieuw. Hou rekening met een significant langere looptijd.

Oplossing was in ons geval: incrementele cache legen en opnieuw draaien.
