Invantive Report Not Syncing - 'Accessibility: Investigate' message

Our ‘Commission Report’ created by Invantive has stopped syncing. It gets stuck on the sync process for over 20 minutes. It usually syncs in under a minute.

There is no error message, only ‘Accessibility: Investigate’ in the bottom left corner.

I have attached screenshot of where it gets stuck.

It is recommend to acquire assistance from a consultant to tune the report.

Exact Online has been making various changes and restricting API throughput in both number of API calls per minute as well as maximum number of API calls per day. New APIs may make it faster, but this can not be guaranteed.
