Itgenboe409: The daily limit of 2,500 requests has been exceeded by 2

I want to create a report with data from Exact Online using Invantive Bridge Online.

While developing and refreshing, I’ve been reaching the daily limit of 2,500 requests within 2 hours since last week. I receive this message:

The daily limit of 2,500 requests has been exceeded by 2.

I am using, among other things, sales orders, sales invoices, invoice lines and ExactOnlineXML.XML.BalanceLinesPerPeriod@eol. My subscription is listed as an active Free Trial.

My questions:

  • How can I see which queries consume the most requests?
  • How can I limit the number of requests during development and daily refreshing?
  • Does the 2,500 request limit apply specifically to my current subscription, and when is it reset?
  • How can I increase my daily limit, what are the options for this?

The advice is to start by familiarising yourself with:

and the linked articles therein.

2500 requests within 2 hours exceed the regular maximum usage significantly. There are options to increase this limit, but this is at most temporarily useful to find time to address the underlying cause.

This is how it looks for us now. How is it then that we reach our daily limit so quickly, because not that much data is fetched from Exact. So far, we have only retrieved the balance, sales orders, and sales invoices.

You can find the individual requests in the “Session I/Os” screen and under the Monitoring menu.
