Until yesterday, my Exact Online database worked flawlessly.
Since today, the database has disappeared from the environment.
When I try to create a new database, I get the error:
itgenscr590
There can be a maximum of one data container in all databases in all organisations with the single authentication identifier…
The existing database/container is not visible anywhere in the portal.
It appears that a leftover or corrupt data container registration might still be present.
Could you restore or remove the relevant data container so that I can create a new database?
It’s about the exact database linked to my account. I created it yesterday, it worked fine for a few hours, and I made the first dashboard, but now I get an authentication error and can no longer see the databases.
If there’s something else wrong, could you let me know what the problem is?
I think it might be because I’ve been moved to a different organisation. I skipped the step of adding an organisation and was then added to a generated organisation Beezzz#…
I was first in Beezzz#3, now in Beezzz#4. I can’t change that, but maybe that’s where it’s going wrong.
If I need to do an actual registration of my organisation first, I can do that, but I need to be removed from the temporary profiles first.
Thanks for this action. Unfortunately, I still need some assistance. I logged in again, skipped the “Add Organisation” step, and then ended up back in “ACME #2”.
There, I recreated the database, but now I’m back in the same loop because I’ve been placed back into the old organisation, and I’ve lost my database again.
Can you revert this once more? And then tell me exactly what I need to do at the step where you need to connect or create an organisation (or skip it, though that probably isn’t the right choice… ;-))
