Recently we have had some queries regarding the availability of staff in the Invantive offices. Currently, no staff is available at Invantive offices; all staff membres are working from their home office. We expect this situation to continue till at least October 1, 2020.
When geographically distributing the staff, we have introduced some limitations in terms of available line capacity for accessibility by phone. Especially the number of lines available for support was insufficient for peak moments.
During the next two weeks the PBX capacity will be increased to the original capacity and we hope to provide the same accessibility by phone again by June 1.
