Content from users is redacted in the following ways:

• Obviously typos and other incorrect language are corrected.
• Ambiguous and/or unclear abbreviations are expanded.
• Lay-out is standardized by applying formatting, including removing duplicate white lines, spaces, exclamation marks and merging subsequent replies from one user.
• Context and/or phrasing of questions is improved based upon moderator’s knowledge of the issue on hand.
• Possible unnecessary uses of personal information is removed when it may be considered as such under GDPR, such as names and addresses.
• Possible business-confidential information is removed when detected.
