Ho un nuovo PC con Windows. Qui ho installato Invantive Query Tool nella versione 27.0.22.

Al momento dell’accesso a Exact Online ricevo:

Come posso accedere? Da Excel con Invantive Control for Excel riesco invece ad accedere senza problemi.

La causa è un file mancante o bloccato nell’installazione di Invantive Query Tool. La finestra di accesso per Exact Online necessita del file WebView2Loader.dll. Il Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime in sé è presente: Invantive Control for Excel esegue l’accesso sullo stesso PC tramite questa finestra.

Il file dovrebbe trovarsi in questa cartella:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Invantive Software BV\Invantive Query Tool 27.0\runtimes\win-x64\native

L’installazione include il file per impostazione predefinita. Se manca, significa che è stato rimosso dopo l’installazione o non è mai stato posizionato completamente. Di solito questo è causato da un antivirus, a volte da un’installazione interrotta.

Correzione

Si consiglia di verificare se WebView2Loader.dll si trova nella cartella sopra indicata.

Se il file manca: controllare nella cronologia di sicurezza dell’antivirus se è stato messo in quarantena. Eventualmente creare un’eccezione per la cartella di installazione.

Invantive Query Tool può essere riparato tramite Impostazioni, App, App installate, Modifica e poi Ripristina. Se questo non risolve il problema, disinstallare e reinstallare.

Se il file è presente: verificare se l’antivirus utilizzato ne blocca il caricamento.

Disponibilità

La versione 27.0 mostra nel messaggio di errore il percorso completo del file mancante e indica se il file manca oppure non può essere caricato.

Il trace, all’avvio, contiene inoltre:

  • l’edizione e la versione di Windows;
  • gli antivirus presenti;
  • il contenuto di questa cartella;
  • i dati di installazione del prodotto.
