Ik heb een nieuwe PC met Windows. Hier heb ik het Invantive Query Tool op geinstallerd in versie 27.0.22.

Bij het aanmelden op Exact Online krijg ik:

itgenclr060: Er kon geen verbinding worden gemaakt met de database 'Exact\Exact Online (nl)'.

Hoe kan ik aanmelden? Vanuit Excel met Invantive Control for Excel lukt het wel om aan te melden.

De oorzaak is een ontbrekend of geblokkeerd bestand in de installatie van Invantive Query Tool. Het aanmeldvenster voor Exact Online heeft het bestand WebView2Loader.dll nodig. De Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime zelf is wel aanwezig: Invantive Control for Excel meldt op dezelfde PC wel aan via dit venster.

Het bestand hoort in deze map te staan:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Invantive Software BV\Invantive Query Tool 27.0\runtimes\win-x64\native

De installatie bevat het bestand standaard. Ontbreekt het, dan is het na de installatie verwijderd of nooit volledig geplaatst. Meestal komt dat door een virusscanner, soms door een afgebroken installatie.

Correctie

Advies is om te controleren of WebView2Loader.dll in de map hierboven staat.

Ontbreekt het bestand: in de beveiligingsgeschiedenis van de virusscanner nagaan of het in quarantaine is geplaatst. Eventueel een uitzondering maken voor de installatiemap.

Invantive Query Tool kan hersteld worden via Instellingen, Apps, Geïnstalleerde apps, Wijzigen en dan Herstellen. Helpt dat niet, dan de-installeren en opnieuw installeren.

Staat het bestand er wel: nagaan of de gebruikte virusscanner het laden ervan blokkeert.

Beschikbaarheid

De 27.0-release toont bij de foutmelding het volledige pad van het ontbrekende bestand, en geeft hij aan of het bestand ontbreekt of niet geladen kan worden.

Het trace bevat dan bij het opstarten ook:

  • de Windows-editie en -versie;
  • de aanwezige virusscanners;
  • de inhoud van deze map;
  • de installatiegegevens van het product.
