Jag har en nya dator med Windows. Här har jag installerat Invantive Query Tool i version 27.0.22.

Vid inloggning på Exact Online får jag:

Hur kan jag logga in? Från Excel med Invantive Control for Excel fungerar det att logga in.

Orsaken är en saknad eller blockerad fil i installationen av Invantive Query Tool. Inloggningsfönstret för Exact Online behöver filen WebView2Loader.dll. Själva Microsoft Edge WebView2 Runtime finns dock installerad: Invantive Control for Excel loggar in på samma dator via detta fönster utan problem.

Filen ska finnas i denna mapp:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Invantive Software BV\Invantive Query Tool 27.0\runtimes\win-x64\native

Installationen innehåller filen som standard. Om den saknas har den tagits bort efter installationen eller aldrig placerats korrekt. Oftast beror det på ett antivirusprogram, ibland på en avbruten installation.

Åtgärd

Rådet är att kontrollera om WebView2Loader.dll finns i mappen ovan.

Om filen saknas: kontrollera i antivirusprogrammets säkerhetshistorik om den har satts i karantän. Lägg eventuellt till ett undantag för installationsmappen.

Invantive Query Tool kan repareras via Inställningar, Appar, Installerade appar, Ändra och sedan Reparera. Hjälper inte det, avinstallera och installera om.
