Apologies for the late response. Is the issue still occurring? If so, could you please provide recent logs? An analyst will then look into the issue.

Yes, it keeps giving errors, this is what I have now. It’s been running for 9 minutes to retrieve the divisions.

This issue (itgenclr093) has most likely been resolved in the release that was just deployed on Invantive Bridge Online (26.0.177). If you experience any further problems, please feel free to let us know.
