I want to import rates into Exact Online, but it isn’t working.

The exchange rates are not being imported, even though it has been working well for years. Suddenly, it stopped a few weeks ago. I’ve already tried reducing the number of administrations, but that didn’t help either.

This concerns Currency Tools.

Could you add a screenshot of the full error message (including the request ID)?

I managed to solve it myself with CoPilot. It indicated that the message was coming from Exact, and I had to make some adjustments there.
