An analysis of the cause is being conducted to find a solution.
A restart of a further backend component was carried out, after which the services resumed functioning.
The cause seems to be an excessive response of the software to a security scan by a possible malicious actor. Work will be done on refining this.
An improvement has been implemented whereby Invantive Data Guard no longer permanently blocks until the next process start when the underlying component has executed a (justified or unjustified) blockade. This improvement will be urgently put into production. As a result, the system automatically recovers through the passage of time, even under this unexpected circumstance.
