New connections with Twinfield require either the use of your own client ID with Twinfield or whitelisting of the Twinfield administration codes (“Offices”) with an enterprise subscription. Whitelisting may take some time, depending on the release frequency to production, and usually occurs in the next release.
You can provide the Office codes by email to license@invantive.eu. Twinfield Office codes usually look like numbers, but they are text. For example, “0000” is a different Office code than “00”. They can also include letters.
For an OEM subscription, it is recommended to use your own client ID, especially with larger numbers of Twinfield administrations. Additional arrangements are needed for the use of the Invantive client ID within OEM.
