Multi_select-afledte visninger til Teamleader V2 API-tabeller, ligesom i V1

When a custom field is multi_select (multiple possible values per row) there will be an additional table for the related V1 table.

However, in V2 tables of Teamleader these additional tables are not defined automatically.
