429 Too many requests message

For a client, we have a dashboard running that has been stable for 3 years. However, this morning we received the following message from Invantive:

We also received this message when manually refreshing the dashboard. Now I see under the monitoring menu that the GLAccounts table takes a very long time to load. This despite the table only consisting of 5,000 rows? See below:

Could you provide a cause and a solution for this message? Currently, our client’s dashboard is not live and we would like to have it live again as soon as possible.

Welke tekst verschijnt in de browser als de hyperlink bij pad aangeklikt wordt na aanmelden met het Invantive Cloud-account?

Onder Fases is als goed is te zien dat de download niet gestart is, zoals ook zichtbaar bij bijvoorbeeld “Verse API-rijen”.
