Bij het verversen van een rapportage krijg ik de volgende melding:

Hoe los ik dit op?

There are two possible causes:

  1. The user and/or organisation have not yet been reviewed. See Foutmelding (402) Payment Required
  2. An invoice has been overdue for longer than permitted.

In the second case, we advise you to look up the outstanding invoices in Invantive Cloud on the “Invoices” screen. From there, a payment can be made.
