Hallo,

seit dem 05.09.2026, etwa 19:00 Uhr, funktionieren meine Tools nicht mehr.

Ich erhalte folgende Fehlermeldung:

Welches On-Premises-Produkt ist das?

Unter welchem Betriebssystem und genauer Version erhalten Sie diese Fehlermeldung?

Ich arbeite mit Version 24.0 des Invantive Query Tools und 25 des Invantive Data Hub. Ich habe gerade Version 25.0 des Invantive Query Tools heruntergeladen.

Jetzt ist das Invantive Query Tool auf Version 25, aber ich weiß nicht, wie ich die Invantive Data Hub-Software (in einer ZIP-Datei → mit vielen Dateien und Unterordnern beim Entpacken) in das Programmverzeichnis installieren/kopieren soll.

Können Sie mir dabei helfen? Ich weiß auch nicht, welche Version das ist, ich denke es ist Version 25, denn im Download-Ordner steht dies: Invantive Data Hub-win-x64-net10.0-windows-26.0.173

Ich verstehe die Frage bezüglich welcher XML ich verwenden soll nicht.

Ich arbeite mit Win 11 Pro Version 25H2.

Es wird empfohlen, zuerst auf Release 26 zu aktualisieren.

Die Releases 24 und 25 sind bekanntlich seit ungefähr Mai nicht mehr mit Exact Online kombinierbar, aufgrund von Änderungen im Exact Online-Identifikationsprotokoll.

Bei der Nutzung von Release 26 müssen Sie auch den Invantive Credentials Server für Exact Online verwenden.
