Oltre al problema, nella prossima release 26.0 verrà fornito un messaggio più chiaro:

Non è stato possibile stabilire la connessione al server delle credenziali Invantive entro 3 tentativi distribuiti su 30 secondi.

Il timing tra 08:50:48 itgengpr152 e 08:51:18 itgencmr131 è piuttosto strano. I tre tentativi regolari durano, senza timeout, già (3 - 1) * 15 = 30 secondi.

Un analista verificherà se è possibile individuare una causa.

È disponibile una nuova release che dovrebbe risolvere questo problema o ridurne l’impatto. Le modifiche necessarie sono incluse a partire dalla release 26.0.173 e in tutte le future versioni BETA.

Questa release migliora il tentativo di riconnessione con Invantive Credentials Server. Nonostante Invantive Credentials Server non dovrebbe andare in timeout, Invantive Data Hub in questa situazione deve tentare di connettersi 3 volte invece di una.

Questa nuova release è disponibile esclusivamente per l’uso on-premises ed è scaricabile da https://download.invantive.com.

Probabilmente c’è stato un errore umano nella registrazione in uno dei sistemi back-office durante una breve consulenza. L’account di registrazione era collegato alla giusta organizzazione, ma non all’utente corretto.
