Controlla:

  • se l’utente con cui si sta effettuando l’accesso al server delle credenziali è un utente del proprietario del database o ha una delega;
  • se la password è corretta accedendo con essa a Invantive Cloud o Bridge Online;
  • se l’utente è un account di servizio;
  • se il database consente l’uso del server delle credenziali;
  • se l’indirizzo IP è consentito all’interno del database.

Vista l’errore è probabile che il problema sia il primo o il secondo punto.

Non capisco assolutamente nulla di questo. Un consulente di Invantive ha configurato questo. Ho usato il mio account di Exact Online e ho effettuato l’accesso. L’ho fatto di nuovo stamattina!
