With the introduction of centralised monitoring screens in Invantive Cloud, a change has also been implemented that allows several days of history to remain available:
- All data from the past 24 hours is available, including requests and completed phases.
- Frequently occurring phases from the 24-48 hour period are no longer available.
- After 5 days, the request can no longer be retrieved.
During this time frame, multiple servers may have been restarted or upgraded once or repeatedly.
Requests that were still registered at running at the time of a restart will contain a message code itgenboe269 with the text:
Request aborted by server crash or alike.
This message code is assigned within 8 hours after the request has ended to ensure that the request is no longer running anywhere.
