Settings buttons hides "create topic"

When using the forum page and trying to add a new topic. If your topic “pop-up” is maximized the settings button down to the left is hiding and making it impossible to press on “create Topic” . You would first need to minimize the Create new Topic pop-up. Which is kind of annoying and maybe not obvious to all.
