Following:
it has been decided, in response to international developments and the increasing risks surrounding geopolitics and sanctions, that Invantive products can no longer be used for processing, analysing, or facilitating data flows directly related to current trade relations with countries of which a current or former government official is subject to an active investigation by the International Criminal Court (ICC).
A limited exception may be allowed for relations with a demonstrable civil, humanitarian, or medical purpose. This will be assessed based on UN Resolution 2664.
We realise that this may impact existing processes or planned implementations for some organisations. Where possible, we will support clients in the careful wind-down or reorientation of affected projects.
This policy applies with immediate effect to new applications and will also be considered in the evaluation of existing collaborations where necessary.
