It is not possible to import currencies with one administration due to ‘non-compliance with policy’. How can this be resolved?
Is it possible to add a (anonymised) screenshot of the request details? This includes, for example, the URL used, the error message, etc.
We can’t find the administration under the option ‘Select a company’. Above the input field, it says ‘1 excluded since non compliant with policy’ (I’ve highlighted this in yellow in the first screenshot).
We’ve also added a second screenshot showing the ‘User settings’. Under the heading ‘Unavailable companies’ next to ‘compliance’, you can see the administration that we can no longer select under ‘Select a company’.
Previously, it was possible to import the rates for this particular administration.
The notification “1 excluded since non compliant with policy” appears if an administration does not comply with our compliance requirements. This message is generally caused by the entity maintaining business relations with one of the countries where at least one (former) government member has an active ICC arrest warrant.
