When retrieving data from Fortnox, the following error can occur:

No active license for the desired scope.

This error occurs when a table is accessed of a module for which no license is purchased on Fortnox. It is recommended to purchase the necessary module(s) with Fortnox to use this functionality.

The related native Fortnox API error code is 2001101.

No rows shown in Fortnox when user has no authorisation

Starting release 25.0.155 (scheduled for availability January 20, 2026), the following Fortnox errors will no longer be shown and instead return no rows:

  • Fortnox error 2000663, Invantive code itgenfnx050: Not authorised for scope.
  • Fortnox error 2001101, Invantive code itgenfnx049: No active licence for the desired scope.
  • Fortnox error 2001427, Invantive code itgenfnx029: No permission to create accruals.
  • Fortnox error 2003330, Invantive code itgenfnx021: No permission to list payments.

These errors signal that the Fortnox subscription does not include the requested data set or the user is missing authorisation to access the requested data set. By this change, the logic resembles those of other Invantive connected platforms such as Visma Teamleader Focus and Exact Online.
