I’m trying to build a dashboard that pulls data via a bridge hosted with you guys and it’s saying that the IP addresses the requests are coming from (see below) are being blocked. Can you please unblock them?
The first IP address is a location outside of the service area as defined on:
Use from that IP address is by intent not possible.
The second IP address is expected to work as it is inside the service area.
What is the full error message when connection from the second IP address?
This is the error message I’m receiving. The IP changed and it’s now running from the US, which shouldn’t be blocked but seems to be.
