Invantive Cloud requires a valid mobile number to be provided during sign up. This mobile number should also support reception of text/SMS messages to enable allowing authentication requests for MFA reset to be handled correctly.
A large database with rules and patterns powers the recognition of mobile numbers. However, it is possible that specific mobile numbers are not correctly recognized.
