Itgencbr024 Chargebee error

Invantive is connected to Chargebee threw Invantive and connected to Power BI. It worked perfectly for a year but for a week I have an error message, I don’t know how to deal with that :

The cause is the error visible in System Messages:

itgencbr024
Unexpected entity type ‘quote’ for custom field ‘cf_integration_meta’.

It might have been caused by a change in the Chargebee setup on November 19.

An analyst will look into support, but that can take some time.

It is recommended to revert the Chargebee setup changes related to this change until a solution is available.

Thanks for your answer. It means Chargebee connector to invantive is no more supported (As it wont be possible to ask Chargebee to change something I suppose) ?

No, the Chargebee driver is fully supported. The error is caused by a change by your application administrator in the way Chargebee is set up.

As a workaround please ask your local application administrator to revert the change on the custom field cf_integration_meta using quotes.

The Invantive software has been extended to gather more analytics.

Can you please re-try to access Chargebee?

This should still trigger an itgencbr024 error, but logs more data for our team to analyze.
