Products of Invantive are only available within the service area of Invantive.

Various checks are in place to ensure users are from within the service area, such as IP address checks as well as email address checks.

During sign up on Invantive Cloud you can receive an error such as:

The top-level domain ‘co’ is designated for use by inhabitants of Colombia, which is outside the service area.
Please use an email address with a top-level domain NOT outside our service area.
Do neither use an email address of a company type explicitly excluded from service. The service area can be found on Service area for Invantive products - invantive.

Some companies use a top-level domain from a country outside their place of business, such as ‘.to’ or ‘.co’.

Please reach out through chat to get a domain whitelisted in a top-level domain of a country outside the service area. This can take up to 48 hours.
