Ik krijg sinds vannochtend onderstaande foutmelding (en details van melding) als ik probeer aan te melden via Invantive Control for Excel. Ik heb op de forum gekeken en verschillende oplossingen uitgeprobeerd maar helaas heeft het niet geholpen.

Graag zou ik willen weten wat ik moet doen om dit op te kunnen lossen.

De foutcode itgenuty726 is historisch een “catch-all” foutmelding bij het aanmelden.

Is er verder geen melding opgetreden voorafgaand of na het niet kunnen aanmelden?

Ik heb krijg van tevoren een melding dat mijn gratis licentie over een maand verloopt.

Deze versie verzamelt meer informatie over de foutmelding. Gelieve het probleem hiermee op te wekken en een reactie toe te voegen als hiermee de fout opgetreden is. Een analist zal dan de aanvullende informatie bestuderen om te achterhalen wat er mis gaat.
