Can you tell me where I can find fields that are newly created in Autotask within the table structures. I cannot see them appear in any of the tables. I am specifically looking at the Ticket and TicketUserDefined tables. Are they stored elsewhere or not at all?

The list of fields can be retrieved from https://documentation.invantive.com, from the TABLENAMEEntityInformationFields tables or SystemTableColumns@DataDictionary.
