Analysis indicates that there was a particularly high CPU load from 18:10 UTC onwards. After approximately 40 minutes, Invantive Data Guard stopped working, probably due to insufficient working memory. The service was restored by completely restarting Invantive Data Guard.
The cause cannot yet be determined with 100% certainty.
It appears to be a combination of thousands of web pages being retrieved by a search engine crawler on the website https://openarchivaris.nl, which runs on Invantive App Online with the new monitoring module that retains data for longer periods and is many times faster for the user.
A number of optimisations will be implemented, as well as improved logging, and the situation will be monitored. If the problem resurfaces, a new analysis will be carried out based on the modified logging.
