The free SQL and Power BI-drivers for Freshservice are available across all online and on-premises products starting released made available after December 10, 2024.
Freshservice on Invantive Cloud
Freshservice is available as a database type on Invantive Cloud as part of the Free Plan:
Freshservice is always visible, irrespective of license keys and/or subscription types. To actually access the data a supported subscription type is required (Free Plan or paid subscription).

Freshservice is available with all subscription types for which a new subscription can be entered into on December 10, 2024. Freshservice will not be made available with end-of-life subscription types such as Invantive Office for Accountants.

Retrieval of 120.000 tickets with statistics typically takes 25 minutes on the Pro-plan when using the Tickets table.
When using the TicketsIncremental table, initial retrieval is 25 minutes and subsequent retrievals approximately 30 seconds for 120.000 tickets.
