The Odoo SQL-driver supports over 750 tables across all modules. The tables available are listed in the documentation of the Odoo API data model:
Queries are currently limited to a single database. Queries across databases for use in accounting with Odoo are planned for a future release. A sample Odoo External API query is shown below:
