Please review the error message and provider documentation for further information and corrective action.
Please carefully verify that you are logged into the Bridge Online website used by Power BI and with the same username. You will only see the requests from the Invantive Cloud user with whom you log into the website.
There are four servers in use:
bridge-online.cloud
app-online.cloud
bridge-online.invantive.com
app-online.invantive.com
The server in use can be found in your script or reporting source code.
Check Correct Request and Details
Ensure you first select the request to display the details. Only one request should be visible in the screenshot.
Also carefully check if the request has a path with odata4 or apps. Requests with other paths are generally not relevant for this purpose.
Error Messages and Tips by Email
Additionally, the Invantive Cloud user who received the error message will usually receive an email with an error message and tips if there is an error message in Power BI, Power Query, Azure Data Factory, Qlik or Tableau.
The advice is to check the spam folder of the concerned user for such emails sent from support@invantive.com.
The connection to the website was unexpectedly and forcefully broken on 22-08-2026 at 02:41:30 due to reasons such as insufficient permissions, website crash, system reboot, hard shutdown of an external host, or firewall action. Data retrieval failed for all 3 attempts over 203 seconds. Please contact Odoo API support. (https://roy20.odoo.com/jsonrpc). The data cannot be downloaded because the connection was broken before the results were returned (timeout 57,000 ms). (https://roy20.odoo.com/jsonrpc). The operation has timed out.
The advice is to schedule the download for another time. It’s not unusual for cloud platforms to perform activities usually between 2 and 3 AM, rendering them unavailable.
Invantive SQL will make several attempts and report the original displayed error message if unavailability persists.
