In light of international developments and the increasing risks involved, it has been decided that Invantive’s products can no longer be used for processing, analysing or facilitating data flows directly related to current trade relations with countries where a current or former government official is the subject of an active investigation by the International Criminal Court (ICC).
A limited exception may be granted for activities with a demonstrable civil, humanitarian or medical purpose. Such activities are assessed on the basis of UN Resolution 2664.
We realise that this may impact existing processes or planned implementations for some organisations. Where possible, we will support customers in the careful phasing out or reorientation of affected projects.
This policy applies with immediate effect to new applications and will also be taken into account, where necessary, in the assessment of existing partnerships.
