All Invantive products will be improved in a number of areas to better align with the service area.
Because manually maintained selection lists have been discontinued, we will now determine the service area based on carefully selected sources. We do this based on our shared responsibility for corporate social responsibility and with respect for international legal standards.
A number of countries will no longer be supported, both for subscribers and for processed data, for countries that were already outside the service area. The inclusion criterion is whether current or former members of government are wanted by the ICC for crimes against humanity. These are:
- Afghanistan (AF)
- Israel (IL)
- Russia (RU)
- Sudan (SD)
Similarly, partitions/administrations are no longer supported if they work with the currency of the countries mentioned. Similarly, other countries outside the service area will also be discontinued in a future release, even if the subscriber is within the service area. The message codes used are itgenptn003, itgenptn004, itgenptn005 and itgenptn006.
In this way, we continue to work together to build solutions that are not only technically strong, but also socially responsible.
