What is "engineering support"?

Engineering Support is specialized support for niche platforms.

Engineering Support provides premium support for platforms that are not or no longer fully covered within standard subscriptions. This service is available with the following plans:

  • Premium Finance
  • Office Premium
  • OEM subscriptions

The engineering support service covers platforms with a small installed base, high volatility, limited stability or complex onboarding. Engineering Support allows for requests on an hourly basis of:

  • Platform-specific bug fixes.
  • Platform-specific maintenance.
  • Queries, workarounds and maintenance of platform drivers.
  • Support for regression bugs due to system-wide changes.

Rates start from a minimum of 2 hours at principal consultancy rate + 25% surcharge for integration.

Bug fixes not specific for the platform and system-wide maintenance remain included in all standard subscription plans.
