Could not load Exact Online table "PurchaseEntries_eol"

I tried to fetch in Qlik (Cloud) the data from the Exact Online API (Invantive Cloud):

ExactOnlineREST.Incremental.TransactionLinesIncremental

Unfortunately in Qlik I cannot create the connection, as I get the following error:

Can anyone help me here? Also tried that with Postman and disabled limits. Here I could see in the monitoring, that to fetch 30.000 lines it needs 10 minutes.

In comparison I also load the “TransactionLinesIncremental” with 700.000 lines in 200 seconds.

Why the loading differs so much in speed?

Faster Exact Online download using incremental "sync API"-tables describes the algorithm. Once completely fetched and valid, performance is generally very fast since typically two API-calls are needed.

The screenshot shows that the API-calls can be extremely slow. This has been observed in Exact Online Germany before. Best is to check the execution time in Session I/Os. When values above 10 seconds occur, you might want to reach out to Exact Online API Support.

The link describes to use the “Incremental” tables. Unfortunately for the PurchaseEntries and PurchaseEntryLines there are no incremental tables.

Is there maybe another solution?

Regarding the values in “Session I/O” you mentioned I should check, if it durates more than 10 seconds.

Questions on the PurchaseEntries in some circumstances can be answered from TransactionLinesIncremental since Exact Online is a mixed ledger.
