Data Hub issues on Exact Online authentication, plus some on Query Tool and Control

Specifically the combination of the enterprise-product Invantive Data Hub and Exact Online (all countries) currently fails when One Exact Identity is activated.

Use of One Exact Identity has been forced for all or most users in the Netherlands, but is also currently rolling out in other Exact Online countries such as the United Kingdom and Belgium. The following errors can occur:

  • itgendir105: The implementation of ‘Invantive.Basics.IErrorHelper’ was not correctly registered during the try at …
  • itgenobr267: Could not extract Azure AD B2C form action.
  • itgenobr342: Unexpected form action length of … characters.
  • itgenuty427: Missing state.

The following improvements are currently tested internally:

  • Fix itgenoam058 error during log in using Microsoft Edge with on-premises products such as Invantive Query Tool and Invantive Control for Excel since November 2024 on OEI with Exact Online.
  • Fix NullReferenceException error during log in using Microsoft Edge with on-premises products such as Invantive Query Tool and Invantive Control for Excel since November 2024 on OEI with Exact Online.
  • Fix broken automatic navigation in the authentication flow log using Microsoft Edge with on-premises products such as Invantive Query Tool and Invantive Control for Excel since November 2024 on OEI with Exact Online.
  • Allow country-specific deviations in One Exact Identity on Exact Online since November 2024 on OEI with Exact Online.
  • Fix headless re-authentication to Exact Online with OEI when the access and/or refresh token chain stored in Invantive Keychain is broken since November 2024 on OEI with Exact Online.
  • Store access and/or refresh token in Invantive Keychain when the user and/or password are set to hidden in settings*.xml since November 2024 on OEI with Exact Online.
  • Fix “The singleton APM agent has already been instantiated and can no longer be configured.”

Data Hub future

Please note that subscriptions with solely Invantive Data Hub and Invantive Query Tool have entered legacy status some time ago. This concerns the Invantive Data Hub plan (SUBDHALL) and the Data Replicator plan (SUBDRALL).

This means no new subscriptions are made available. Invantive Data Hub and Invantive Query Tool are both available and remain available with the following subscription plans:

  • Invantive Office Premium
  • Invantive Premium Finance
  • Invantive OEM

Many Invantive data Hub users use the technology to load data into local databases. Users of this functionality are adviced to study the possibility to load data into cloud databases using Invantive Cloud. In case a local replica is needed for reasons such as wartime scenarios it is best to reach out to Invantive Sales.

An improved version of Invantive Data Hub for use with One Exact Identity and Exact Online in all Exact Online countries is available for download at https://download.invantive.com:

There is currently NOT YET an upgrade available for the Invantive Query Tool, Invantive Control for Excel and Invantive Composition for Word with improved compatibility for the new One Exact Identity-structure. When available, an update will be added.

We confirm Invantive Data Hub net8.0 24.0.445 works fine.
