Error itgenlic402 when trying to connect from Excel add-in

Hello, I previously defined some Excel links which were working fine. Now, however, I am receiving these error messages below. We already have a subscription:

itgenlic402
Invantive Control for Excel can not be used due to the previously shown message.
Warning itgenlic402:
This data container has been uesd in a trial that started 156 days ago.
Please switch to a non-trial subscription within 6 months after first use.
This is currently a warning only.
Connection to this data container will no longer be possible starting 07-05-2026.

Provide value on ‘System.Windows.Markup.StaticResourceHolder’ threw an exception.
The method or operation is not implemented.

I tried again, and now also get this message:

(401) Unauthorized.
Please check that Exact Online is online.
