I’m unable to find Exact Online under ‘Connect’ menu.
How should I solve this?

However, I still have a difficulty to access Exact Online through Invantive Control for Excel. Exact Online is not shown in the selections.
How should I fix this?

As visible in the header the license key is not yet installed:

This should read the license code and name of your organization.
I installed the license key by following your instructions multiple times. However, I still cannot access to Exact Online, which I don’t understand why.

I click ‘OK’ and ‘Agree and continue’ with the agreement.
Then I go to ‘Invantive Control’ tab and try to connect to Exact Online but can’t see Exact in the selections.
The error message and internal logging at Invantive signals that the signature on the license key is invalid.
Please make sure to precisely follow the instructions in the mail containing the license key and/or the instructions in Install License Key on Office-based Products on Windows. When in doubt, please consult your IT-administrator.
