Get My Report not loading request: ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR

We are using Exact Online (Belgium).

Today we were trying to download the sales invoices line through Get My Report.

Data date: 01/01/2021-22/12/2021
It couldn’t load and shows below message.
(It works if I only request data for a shorter period. for example, only November.)

The web page at https://app.get-my-report.com/eol/be/Preset?preset=gmr-eol-sales-invoice-lines&division_code=287962&sie_status=50&cfn_factuur_datum_vanaf=2021-01-01&cfn_factuur_datum_tot=2021-12-31&sie_order_date_start=&sie_order_date_end=&rce_last_payment_date_start=&rce_last_payment_date_end=&cfn_item_group_code=&sle_cost_unit_code=&sle_item_code=&actord_code=** might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.
ERR_HTTP2_PROTOCOL_ERROR

Now we urgently need to make a report, showing the margin (means we need revenue and cost info).

What’s the other alternative way we can get the data first?

The problem does not seem reproducible yet.

Please execute the following steps to gather more information:

  • Please log on to Get My Report using Google Chrome.
  • Go to the parameter page of the report.
  • Fill out the form, but do not yet select the Download-button.
  • Press F12. Google DevTools appears.
  • Now select the Download-button.
  • Wait for the error to appear.
  • Click on the Network-tab in DevTools.
  • Right-click on the entry with “Preset” (see picture below).
  • Select “Save all as HAR with content”.
  • Provide a file name.
  • Send the file to support@invantive.com with subject “Case 1961”.

The file will be analyzed to study the possible causes.
