Can you tell me the regularity of the updates of Autotask-data in Invantive cloud? Is this adjustable? Also what time(s) does the updates occur?
The data is retrieved in real-time from Autotask and directly forwarded in a streaming fashion to Power BI. This reduces information security risks and makes the moment of Power BI download time the same time as the replication moment, effectively solving inter-process synchronization issues.
However, for performance reasons, a cache is maintained.

For replication of Autotask into a custom database you can also use an ETL-tool such as Azure Data Factory or use a replication module as described for instance in Elementary Data Replication Module between Exact Online and Azure SQL Server.
