How to retrieve Plan table with chargebee (itgencbr047)

I am connected to Chargebee threw Invantive Cloud to connect with Power Bi. No problem on basic tables ( Customer, invoices, …). But impossible to connect to Chargebee.plan.plans. Here is error message:

The error message states:

This API operation is not enabled for this site. Please contact support@chargebee.com to get this enabled.

Did you contact Chargebee support? Did they indicate there is an error on our side or is this maybe related to licensing?

Thanks for your answer. Here is the only answer of chargebee :

“I see your site is on PC 2.0 and make sure you are using the endpoint of PC 2.0 version”. Sorry but i am not sure to understand and chargebee support on API is difficult to join & understand

Inavantive connector is build on V1 Catalog version of Chargebee. We are now on V2 version of Chargebee catalog. Any chance to view invantive connector updated ?

The Product Catalog V2.0 is not yet supported (see Upgrade to Product Catalog 2.0 | Chargebee API documentation).

This question is being changed to an idea to add read-only support for the following APIs:

  • /api/v2/items
  • /api/v2/item_prices

and relevant subsets.

An updated version of the Chargebee driver with Product Catalog 2 and a number of other related tables is planned to be taken into production in the course of the week of June 10, 2024.
