"Incorrect username or password" on log in to forums, but Cloud works fine

I can log in to Invantive Cloud using my email address and password.

However, when I use the same email address and password, it will fail with “Incorrect username or password”:

Please check that the email address is ALL lower case.

Invantive Cloud automatically rewrites all email addresses to the standard lower case format to ensure case-insensitivity, but the forums log in form does not yet do that.

So use john.doe@acme.com instead of John.Doe@acme.com.
