Itgenacc043 : service user password reset

Being an admin of the entity, we cannot retrieve or create the password of the service user when creating it. We cannot use an already existing email.
Would it be a solution or possible to add a service user role to and admin user? not tested.

consequences : for the service user, we must use a real existing email, like creating an allias.
If the email is not exisrting when the service user is created in invantive cloud, the welcome email with initial credential never received.

to get the password, a password reset is performed.

It seems someone from invantive has changed my service user to a standard user. It reads:

the user is “maintained by invantive”

Invantive Data Hub refuses to use the user since it is not a service user.

Service account flag was automatically removed by a background process. An improvement has been implemented, ensuring that service accounts are retained. This should now work without the need for any further changes on the user’s part.

We confirm the service user now works as expected, after ticking the box at database level to allow service users to access the database.
