De volgende foutmelding treedt op bij het aanmelden op Exact Online:

Het probleem treedt niet op met Exact Online via het Invantive Query Tool.

Het aanmelden op Exact Online is gewijzigd in de ochtend van 21 november 2024.

Advies is een upgrade te plaatsen naar release 24.0.441:

Deze release bevat nog een onhandigheid bij het aanmelden via het Query Tool waarbij de TOTP-code niet ingevuld wordt. Dit dient handmatig te gebeuren vooraleer een verbeterde versie beschikbaar is.

Data Hub versie geïnstalleerd maar lijkt niet te werken bij ons.

Wellicht doordat de software niet als veilig wordt herkend, zie melding. Kan het daarmee te maken hebben?

Via “Run anyway” is het mogelijk om de software te installeren en te gebruiken.

SmartScreen geeft (terecht) momenteel een waarschuwing omdat de on-premises producten sinds 1 november 2024 ondertekend worden met een zogenaamd “self-signed certificaat”. Dit zal naar verwachting binnen enkele weken vervangen worden door EV Code Signing.

Welke foutmelding treedt op?

Merk op dat de foutmelding per Exact Online-land anders kan zijn.
