The history tables cannot be loaded, and subsets also do not work.
Is there something I need to adjust?

Supplementary Information

Is it possible to add a (anonymised) screenshot of the request details in Online Monitoring on Invantive Cloud as described in Meer inzicht met nieuwe Online Monitoring?

You can find the details by clicking on the download request that is the subject of this topic.

The download request usually includes a SQL statement in which the table name is visible.

Please ensure at least the following details are visible from both columns:

  • the title bar with the request ID,
  • the status code, network size, path and timestamps in the left column,
  • the error code and error message right at the bottom in the left column,
  • the entire right column including the SQL statement, table name and parameter values.

For example:

Check Correct Server and User

Carefully verify that you log in to the Invantive Cloud website using the same username that you process data with via, for example, Invantive Bridge Online. You will only see the requests of the Invantive Cloud user you log in as on the website.

Check Correct Request and Details

Ensure that you first select the request to display the details. There should only be one request visible in the screenshot.

Also, carefully check whether the request has a path with odata4, apps or mcp. Requests with other paths are generally not relevant for this purpose.

Error Message and Tips by Email

In addition, the Invantive Cloud user who has the error message will usually receive an email to their address with an error message and tips if there is an error in Power BI, Power Query, Azure Data Factory, Qlik or Tableau.

It is advisable to check the spam of the involved user for such emails sent from support@invantive.eu.

The connection to the website was unexpectedly and forcefully broken due to reasons such as insufficient permissions, the website crashing, system reboot, forceful shutdown of an external host, or firewall action.
Data retrieval failed for all 3 attempts over 6 seconds.
Please contact the ionBIZ API support.
Error converting value “Not allowed to access table ContactLinesHistories” to type Invantive.Data.Providers.IonBiz.Errors.Error2Container.
Path 'error, line 1, position 61.
Could not cast or convert from System.String to Invantive.Data.Providers.IonBiz.Errors.Error2Container.

The advice is to carefully read the error message and take the action advised there.

In line with standardised behaviour in other drivers, from release 26.0.301 onwards, no rows will be visible in this situation. No rows may mean no data or no rights. Only SessionIOs@DataDictionary makes that distinction visible.
