Link to organisation

When I log in to Invantive Cloud I am asked to “link organisation”.

Pressing on “Later” I get this :

Er is al een organisatie met de naam ‘Omegapoint AB for asa.kleve@omegapoint.se’.
Neem contact op met Invantive Support.

Pressing on “Link to existing organisation” I get this:

Please contact your Invantive license coordinator to be added. When in doubt, please contact Invantive on +31 88 00 26 599 or send an email to sales@invantive.com and we will establish contact. Include your name, company name, phone number and email address in the email.

I can no longer see the organisation I have delegation to. And I can’t do anything inside Invantive Cloud.

What is wrong and how can I get passed this?

In the 2021 release of Invantive Cloud, an organisation name could only be registered once. Starting 2022, an increment counter will be added to the organisation name.

However, this leaves two identical organizations which have to be merged with possibly considerable effort from the users. It is recommended to ask the main user to register a user account and sign up then using the new user account as described in Manage users on Invantive Cloud.
