Invantive has replaced TeamViewer and Anydesk with Rustdesk.
Rustdesk is an application that, like TeamViewer and Anydesk, allows our support team to provide remote support if necessary in response to an issue previously reported on the forums. The policy regarding product support remains unchanged: the focus for product support remains on avoiding remote support by sharing knowledge via the public forums and (if necessary) product improvements.
In our partner channel, you will find more than 300 consultants for personal support on site or remotely. For short consultations, you can schedule a short session via the chat function.
After assessing the risks associated with TeamViewer and Anydesk SaaS services in terms of geopolitics and hosted environments, we opted for our own Rustdesk environment.
The support application works without installation on Windows and MacOS. The downloads can be found at Combineer gegevens uit 105+ gegevensbronnen - Invantive under “Remote Assistance” and can also be started directly via:
